Happy birthday Anna!!! This design features two Barbie-themed foils, frilled pink tassels, with air-filled latex balloons and two helium-filled latex plus one age helium-filled latex, with small treat bag attached. I have a large variety of themed foils available. This setup is built on a solid base with metal pole, so it can be placed either inside or at outside functions. I am a fan of air-filled mixed with helium because helium lasts a few days, but air-filled can last for weeks, so with this product the combination of both mediums melds perfectly.
